What Payment methods are accepted?

On our checkout screen you will have the option to choose a payment method. We accept payment by credit/debit card or cheque. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards as well as Delta, Electron, JCB, Solo and Switch debit Cards.

How safe are my credit card details?

For secure online payment, Secure Socket Layers (SSL) are used to ensure the privacy of your payment information and at no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet. Please note that we do not retain any credit or debit card information as these details are processed by the payment processor on its own secure servers. Visit our Security page for more details.

How do I place an order when paying by cheque?

On our checkout screen you will have the option to select your payment method. Simply select the option to pay by cheque and submit your order. You will receive an immediate email from us as acknowledgment of your order. We will then send you a further email with detailed payment instructions. Can I place an order by telephone?

As we are exclusively an ecommerce business we only accept orders placed through this website or by post if paying by cheque. Question this.

Can I follow the progress of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any time by entering your order ID number and email on the Order Status page. We will also send you an email with the tracking number for your order and the link to the postal or courier services website where you can track the progress of your package.

Can I Return an Item if I am not completely happy?

Our aim is that you will be delighted with your handmade piece of jewellery but in the event it does not meet your requirements we have a 14 day ‘no quibble’ money back guarantee allowing you to return any unused item(s) for full refund.
