How to place an order:
Selecting Items
You can browse for products by category using the menu to the left or alternatively you can use our product search tool which allows you to search by product name or keyword.
Once you have chosen an item simply click on the ‘add to cart’ button. You will be taken to the Shopping Cart which will store the item you have just added. Click on ‘Continue Shopping ‘. if you wish to browse for more items. Each time you select an item you will be taken back to the Shopping Cart which will display all your chosen items as well as the total price for the goods you wish to order.
Availability
All the jewellery is hand made, and although some designs are made continuously, others are not. It may be months before something similar is repeated. Out of stock in some cases may mean unlikely to appear again for some time. However if there is a piece that you particularly love please feel free to e-mail me at info@katielemayjewellery.com with the item number and I shall do my best to fulfil your wishes.
We aim to have all items in stock and available for immediate dispatch. However should any item fall out of stock it will be instantly shown next to the item listed on the website. Our stock levels are updated in real time as items are added to shopping carts. Any item that is shown as being out of stock cannot be added to your shopping cart.
Occasionally when you select an item you may receive a notification saying the item is ‘temporarily’ unavailable. This refers to items which are in another customers shopping cart but have not yet been purchased. If the other customer does not submit the order within 4 hours the item will become available again to other customers.
Checkout
Once you have added all required items to your shopping Cart, click on the ‘checkout’ button. You will be taken to a secure area the Checkout page where you will be prompted to provide your contact details and select a payment method. There are two options. ‘Credit or Debit Card’ and Cheque’ If you select the option to pay by cheque, we will email you with further instructions regarding payment.
Submit your details by clicking on the ‘checkout’ button. The total price including any applicable delivery charges will be displayed one more time allowing you to check that you are happy with this total before proceeding with payment.
You will receive an immediate email as confirmation that we have received your order. Please check this email to ensure that your order is correct and that your contact and delivery details are complete and accurate. Please notify us immediately if any information has been omitted or is incorrect.
