Online payment

On our checkout screen you will have the option of selecting your payment method. To make an online purchase paying by credit card or debit card simply select the card payment option on the checkout screen. You will be taken to the secure payment pages to enter your payment details. The credit or debit details you enter are encrypted to ensure the transaction is processed securely. We use a third party payment processor NOCHEX whose secure servers are used to process your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Electron, JCB, Solo and Switch.
Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We may make additional security checks to validate the transaction before formally accepting the order.


Paying by cheque

If you wish to pay by cheque please submit your order by selecting the ‘Cheque’ payment option on the checkout screen. You will receive an email with the details of your order. Please print this email and send together with your cheque which should be made payable to ‘Katie LeMay Jewellery’. If you are unable to print your order acknowledgement, please enclose a letter quoting your order ID reference number (as shown on the email) along with details including the contact name, telephone number and delivery address for the order.

We dispatch your order only when we have received your cheque and payment has cleared to our account. This can take up to 5 days from the time we receive you’re your cheque. You can check the progress of your order on our Order Status page.
