Credit Card Security
It is our highest priority to ensure that the payment details of our customers are protected when using credit card and debit cards to make purchases from our website.
We use a third party payment processor called NoChex. Secure Socket Layers (SSL) with 128 bit encryption are used to ensure the privacy of your payment information, and at no time are your debit or credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet.
When placing an order on our website, you will be transferred to the NoChex secure payment pages during the checkout process where you will be prompted to enter your card details. You will see a small yellow padlock at the bottom right hand corner of your browser window which indicates that you have a secure encrypted connection.
Please note that we do not see your credit or debit card details at any stage during the ordering process, as this information is processed and held by the payment processor on its own secure servers.
Fraud Prevention
We perform additional security checks to authenticate online credit card transactions so as to protect ourselves and our customers from credit card fraud. If we suspect a fraudulent transaction we will notify the appropriate law enforcement and fraud prevention agencies immediately.
